Unconditional Return and Exchange: If you are not satisfied with the product within 14 days after receiving it, you can apply for a return or exchange. Please ensure that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return and Exchange Application: The return and exchange application must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the product. Late applications will not be accepted.
Returned Goods: The returned goods must be the same as the goods in the original order and keep the original packaging intact. If the product is damaged, defaced, or the unpacking mark is damaged, we will not be able to accept the return and exchange.
2. Return and Exchange Process
Submit an application: Please submit a return and exchange application through our official website or customer service email, and provide your order number and reason for return and exchange.
Review and confirmation: We will review and confirm whether the return and exchange conditions are met as soon as possible after receiving the return and exchange application.
Return of goods: After confirming the return, you need to return the goods to the specified address. Please note that the same protective measures as the original packaging are required when returning the goods to prevent the goods from being damaged during transportation.

Return and exchange shipping costs: If the return and exchange conditions are met, we will bear the return and exchange shipping costs, but if the return and exchange is due to personal reasons of the customer (such as change of mind, wrong choice, etc.), the return and exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Customized goods: Customized paintings are made according to the personal needs of customers, so they are not subject to the unconditional return and exchange policy. Unless there is a quality problem with the product, we will not be able to accept returns and exchanges of customized products.
