Shipping policy

Delivery time:

Once we receive the order and confirm the payment, we will process and ship it within 5-7 business days. In the event of a delay due to holidays, extreme weather or other uncontrollable factors, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and negotiate a new delivery arrangement with the customer.


Transit time:

When choosing a standard shipping method, the estimated transit time is 20-40 business days, depending on the destination and carrier arrangements. For remote areas, the shipping time may be extended, and customers can check the estimated time of arrival when placing their order.


Freight:

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the item, as well as the shipping destination. Customers will review shipping rates during the checkout process and can choose the appropriate shipping method. In the event of any shipping adjustments or delays, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and provide an alternative.


Tracking & Notifications:

Once all orders have been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to check the progress of your shipment at any time. We also update the status of packages regularly to ensure that customers are up to date on their orders.


Insurance & Indemnity:

In the event of loss or damage to the goods during transportation, we will handle them in accordance with the carrier's compensation policy. For valuable items, customers are advised to purchase additional shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
